TERMS OF SERVICE
✾ By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
✾ Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if you intend to use the artwork for commercially as that will incur in signing a contract, licensing artwork, and royalty payments.
✾ You can post your commission, just include credit to my social media. (✾Kiko 廷 | Linktree)
✾ I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request. Will charge an additional privacy fee. I reserve the right to stream the process (at twitch.tv/kiko_png) unless otherwise discussed.
✾ Refunds are allowed to be requested if commission has not been started. No refunds otherwise.
✾ Unless otherwise stated. Payment will be via Paypal invoice and must be received in full before I start the commission. Partial payment can be discussed. Prices are in USD.
✾ Generally the commission will take from a few days to two months depending on how long my queue is and how complex your request/character(s) are. (remember: first come first serve)
✾ Delays may be made due to my personal life. I will let you know if one were to occur.
✾ I will not accept short/unreasonable deadlines on any commission, no matter the price.
✾ If a piece is needed by a deadline, I will charge for priority/rush job.
✾ If you decide to make huge changes during the coloring stage I will charge you for a redo. Please communicate with me, otherwise I will assume that I can continue with what I have.
✾ You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.
✾ I am allowed to decline any commission requests. It will be up to my discretion whether I can make this drawing happen or not. This will be due to my schedule, or if I don't think I can deliver well enough on your request. I can always turn down your commission.
✾ DO NOT remove the watermarks/signatures imprinted on the commissions.
✾ No NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or AI Usage PLEASE!
✾ DO NOT make revisions to the art without my permission.
NOTES ON SUBJECT MATTER
✔ Subjects I am confident in: girls, flowers, animals, portraits.
▪ If you want a commission of a real person (eg. based off a photo) feel free to contact me about it but if I think the person won't suit my style it may be declined.
✘ Requests likely to be denied: offensive themes, gore, elderly, muscular men, hardcore R-18, political subjects
▪ Subjects I am less confident in: dynamic/actions shots, inorganic environments.
▪ NSFW, real people, detailed designs, accessories, weapons, etc. will cost more.

This style of drawing's defining features are the flat perspective and children's art book type feeling. These will have simple or no background.

Rendered
This style is more closely related to semi-realism/anime with no clearly defined line-art and painted textures. This feature entails shadows, lighting, and organics within the character and piece itself. It will look more three dimensional than the watercolor due to the environment and shading. (ex. flowers, bubbles, snow, rays of sunshine, will be incorporated into the drawing)
